Family Restroom

The Detroit Airport: Helping me feel at home.

Not sure whose idea this was, but nice job.

I’d like to thank the Harvey’s, the Dobrowski’s, and the Chung family for keeping me company on the road. I found that if you sit in there for a while, all sorts of families come through. When my own kids aren’t there to walk in on my private time, at least ‘the man’ has seen fit to organize a place where other peoples’ kids could walk in and ask me urgent questions.

One little boy, I think his name was Jung Sun, even answered my phone and brought it to me…

and just so I don’t seem creepy… their parents were always there too.

It is a family restroom after all.

Family isn’t it about time?
